Destruction, the path has been set for a millenia. In the current political enviroment nothing is being done to forestall the inevitable road to destruction. Scientist say that the rise in global temperatures are irreversible. The book of Revelations gives us a look at what the future might bring.

     Revelation 9:8-9 - "The fourth angel poured out his bowl upon the sun, and it was given to it to scorch men with fire. Men were scorched with fierce heat; and they blasphemed the name of God who has the power over these plagues, and they did not repent so as to give Him glory."

     This prophetic statement was made almost two thousand years ago. Full disclosure I am not a scientist, member of clergy or biblical scholar. I have read the bible and various literature from different christian sects but I don't proscribe to any religion faith or creed. I don't claim to know everything or even alot. To tell the truth, sometimes I feel like I don't know very much. Saying this, These words seem to perfectly describe the events happening today. Some people don't claim to see these effects occuring on our planet. To me this seems as willful ignorance.
